One of the key provisions being proposed is fining of erring officials and compensating affected applicants using that. The party will launch more innovative campaigns in various parts of TN especially in Chennai and the districts of Coimbatore, Tirupur and Karur to create awareness about the act already in effect in many states of India. The support of the representatives of various civil society organizations and political parties too will be sought to make the act a reality in TN.
A help desk was also organized for the 15th time in Chennai alone as part of the campaign.
